Delete your account

Your account is created and managed by your organisation (your employer or the company you work with).

1. To stop access straight away: ask your organisation's admin

Your organisation's admin can deactivate your account at once. That signs you out of the app and the web CRM, and you can no longer sign in.

2. To have your account deleted: ask ZealMint

Email support@zealmint.com from the email or mobile number on your account, with your name and your organisation's name. We confirm the request with your organisation and act on it within 30 days.

What's deleted, and what's kept

Deleted: your sign-in, your profile (name, mobile number, email, language), and your notification token.
Kept by your organisation, as its work records: forms, photos and voice notes you submitted, tasks you completed, tickets, and attendance and leave records — your organisation may need these for compliance, audits or payroll. Ask your organisation if you want these removed too.
Backups are kept for up to 30 days and then removed.
